Welcome beautiful winter time!
The days get shorter, we slow down, land by the crackling fire and look up at the stars that light up the dark sky. And there... When we least expect it, the crackling northern lights wander across the sky.
Everything has its time, each season has its own rituals, its own food, its own feeling.
Now we land in the winter, and lets the snow-white blanket land as a protection against the cold.
We are rounding off the year, and building on something new.

SPORT LOVE OPEN
It's finally time! During the sports holidays, we open our doors to the public to visit us during drop-in.
There will be classics, but also some new elements! We are running two days according to our classic concept with daytime opening and a really well-composed burger, but new is also our Scottish troubadour who plays on Saturday 7 March. For the first time ever, there will be plate service during the open house - look further down to see what!
THE PROGRAMME
Wednesday 4 March
Open between 10-15. Lunch is served 11-14.
Menu: Hamburgers with smoked pork marinade, served with cheese, salad, house pickled cucumber and miso mayonnaise.
325 for lunch buffet adults incl. entrance, 200 for children 10-14 and under 10 years free. Admission only 130, children under 10 free.
Snowmobile tours can be booked starting at 10 and 13.
Saturday 7 March
Evening open between 16-21. Dinner is served 17-20.
Our troubadour Rossco sings and plays guitar by the fire.
Menu: Juniper-baked Swedish ox loin with spruce nut mayonnaise, 65 degree egg yolk and fried silver onions. Served with fried homemade herb brioche.
Price: 350 SEK adult incl. entrance, 200 SEK for children 10-14 and under 10 years free. Admission only 130, children under 10 free.
We serve hamburgers to the children.
Sunday 8 March
