Our history
Svansele Wilderness Center was founded in 1996 by Torbjörn Holmlund, a visionary who has always been passionate about the untouched wilderness of Northern Sweden. Some things remain the same, some things have changed, but our love for nature and the wild experience endures.

We are now proud to present Svansele 2.0 – our next chapter. We are modernizing and refining our concept. We preserve what makes us unique – the authentic, untouched nature – and combine it with new exciting offers to create a place where nature and curiosity meet.
