Do you think of conferences as rigid meetings with empty blocks and rooms without soul? Where the decor is so clean and minimalistic that even the thoughts are cleaned away? Not here. Welcome to our largest room, in the centre of the wilderness exhibition. Here you sit on reindeer skins, under flying birds and the calm chewing of moose in a room built of mixed wood, just as the name suggests. And yes, we have really good coffee. For real.
The venue can accommodate up to 120 people in total. You sit on reindeer skins, surrounded by mixed wood and a whole bunch of animals.
Blandsskogen can easily be divided into five group rooms, each with a different theme, or opened up for larger gatherings. We also have the option of dividing the dining room to suit smaller parties, projector and screen are available!
We have 2 projectors, one larger and one smaller, and two stands for paper sheets if you want to skip the digital. In any case, we have fast internet!

Food is a big part of the experience
We offer conference lunch with two coffee breaks - prepared on site by our chef at Restaurant Vildsint. Good food. It's part of the package.
Lunch for lunch? Of course it is. Wild, vegetarian, homemade roll cake with a wild touch? We have many ideas to make your conference perfect.

Some quick questions
How many guests can you accommodate?
Up to 120 seated guests in total. If you want to look at the same projection screen at the same time, we recommend a maximum size of 36.
Can it be divided into smaller group rooms?
Sure, the hall can be divided up in lots of different ways. We can arrange for you to have a larger hall and smaller group rooms, make it all one big hall or arrange for you to sit in five small rooms.
Can you do some tricks and get us some extra fun food?
We can organise that. We'll put you in touch with our chef and we'll sort it out from there.
Can you customise for us with team building?
We are happy to help you with team building activities, the place is made for it. We can offer pentathlon, relaxation experiences, quad biking or why not a cooking duel? If you have other ideas, we can try to solve it too, write to us and we will find something!
Do you take lunch for lunch? Is it possible to stay overnight?
We do that and it works. How it works depends a bit on the size of the group and how wild you are. In the camp you are almost guaranteed to fit - and it does not get wilder than that. For groups up to 16 people, we also have Knute's guesthouse right by the river.
