Snowmobiles
- Excess for potential snowmobile damage: 11,500 SEK (minor damage at cost price).
- No alcohol consumption allowed in connection with operating motor vehicles.
- The guide has the right to refuse participants, without refund, in case of misconduct.
- The minimum age for driving our motorised vehicles is 16 years.
- Own accident insurance is required.
Cancellation policy:
- 0-3 days before the event (calculated from the booking request), no refund.
- 4-7 days before the event, 50% refund (calculated from the booking request).
Cold limit -20°C: If the temperature drops below -20°C (in Svansele), the event will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. If you are unsure, contact us.
Wild Chef Duel, Cooking Class, The Flavour Trail
- To book and participate in the activity, you must be at least 18 years old. Younger participants may be accepted, but only if a guardian is present.
Cancellation policy::
- Full refund is given if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.
- Cancellations made at least 8 hours before the activity starts will result in a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the activity starts will not be refunded, except with a doctor's certificate
Rental
- Materials and equipment are rented out in their existing condition.
- Materials and equipment that have been rented must be returned in the same condition as at the time of lending. Damage to the rented property that goes beyond normal wear and tear must be compensated by the renter.
- Rented materials and equipment must be returned in their entirety, no later than the end of the day they were rented, unless otherwise agreed.
- The items need to be returned to our staff who will check their condition.
